Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us! We are proud to offer international shipping to customers worldwide.

 

1. Processing and Shipping Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Japanese national holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is approximately 2 weeks. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times can vary due to customs processing and other factors outside of our control.

 

2. Shipping Rates

 

  • Free shipping on all orders over ¥15,000.

  • For all other orders, a flat rate shipping fee of ¥2,000 will be applied.

We primarily use Japan Post for our international shipments. All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you in a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us directly at support@j-doc.jp . We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In some cases, we may be able to send a replacement for the item.
